A Johnson City native, Dr. Katras found her passion for orthodontics after being a professional pastry chef for a decade. She would excel in dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class. She completed her orthodontic residency and moved to East Tennessee to continue her practice.
Dr. Katras's dedication to her community shines through her work in providing more than your standard orthodontic treatments. She serves as the orthodontist on the multidisciplinary cleft lip and palate team at the Niswonger Children’s Hospital.
